Franklin Fence Inc provides digital professional consulting services, not physical goods. All our services are delivered online via video calls, chat, or email. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery applies.

Delivery of Services

  • After purchasing a consultation or service, clients receive a confirmation email containing scheduling details and a meeting link.

  • Sessions are typically scheduled within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Files, reports, or digital materials (if included in the service) are delivered electronically via email or secure download link.

No Physical Shipment

Because all products are digital or service-based, no items will be shipped by mail or courier.
Customers will not incur any shipping fees.

Scheduling & Access

  • Clients are responsible for selecting their preferred time slot and ensuring stable internet access during the consultation.

  • If rescheduling is needed, requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds & Non-Attendance

  • Missed or late sessions without prior notice may be non-refundable.
